Platelet-rich plasma as a new and successful treatment for lichen planopilaris

Lichen Planopilaris remains a common and destructive scalp disorder.  Topical steroids, intralesional steroids, oral antibiotics, and hydroxychloroquine are all standard treatments.  This study shows that PRP may be another treatmetn option:
