PRP for Inflammatory scalp conditions

Folliculitis decalvans is a chronic inflammatory scalp disorder that can permanently destroy hair on our scalp.  There are a variety of different treatment options that work well for many and can be less successful for other patients. 

This report gives patients a new and safe therapeutic option.  PRP has mostly been used to treat male and female pattern hair loss but has been reported to help inflammatory/scarring alopecia as well.
